They also taste and review the recently released William Heavenhill 15-Year Bourbon, the also recently released Nelson Bros. 15-Year Rye, and a Booker’s 2019-004 “Beaten Biscuits” Batch. And they pair these high proof whiskies with a 24-month aged Broadbent’s Country Ham and a 30-month aged Newsom’s Country Ham.
